Soba: Bento
Step 1: Discovery
You’ve been through discovery workshops before, and they can feel like a bit of an ordeal - but the discovery workshops for Soba: Bento are different.
This is focused session digs into your business and establishes exactly how we’ll help you reach your sales and client acquisition objectives.
Workshop (90 mins)
Delivery:
Understanding your client acquisition goals
There are things we need to know, which means there are things you’ll need to think about. This isn’t a nice chat over a bowl of ramen; it’s a deep dive into your client acquisition goals, why they haven’t been met, and what we can do to fix that.
So, let’s be real with each other:
How many clients do you need?
How many would you like to get each month?
How long have these goals been in place?
What’s your success rate with these goals?
There might be some uncomfortable questions, but the answers will inform the advertising, sales collateral, and thought-leadership we create for you.
Reviewing your content marketing strategy
Don’t have one? Don’t worry. Even if they’re not written down, we’re betting that you’ve got ideas.
In this session we’ll help you get those ideas out of your head and into the world, and we’ll use them to help you figure out how to turn everything up to 11.
If you do have a content marketing strategy, we’ll talk it through with you, get to understand it, and make sure the content we create as part of Steps 4 and 5 fits seamlessly with it.
Checking content creation capabilities
Everything about Soba: Bento is designed to make sure that you achieve what you need to achieve and you have the tools to do it. This isn’t about giving you advice that you’ll never use - we’re copywriters and doers, not management consultants and advisors, so you’ll have the copy you need to succeed.
To that end, we’ll look at what you can reasonably create with your inhouse capabilities and how to best set you up for success with what’s to come.
Your Soba: Bento will come complete with advertising, a lead magnet, sales collateral, and a corporate brochure.
Evaluating your brand positioning
Understanding your current positioning, and whether there are any changes in how you want to be positioned, will help us create work that best reflects your agency.
You might be completely happy with how your brand is positioned, or you might not have thought about it for a long time. We’ll uncover how you feel about it and where you want to go during the discovery call.
Then we’ll make sure the new content we create aligns with that vision. If it’s exactly how you want it to be, then we’ll make sure your niche and communications align with it, too.
